We take accept a number of card payments


Postage to UK cost £3.50, sent via 1st Class Signed for Delivery. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day and it usually takes 1-2 working days for the parcel to arrive. Please note all Friday evening and weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday.

International shipments are sent via International Tracked Delivery £10.50, these will take up to 7 days to arrive. 

We will sent a separate confirmation email with the tracking number after the dispatch.


If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. Unless item is faulty. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in the original packaging

Our return policy for faulty items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
– injectable solutions
– downloadable software and education products
– some health and personal care items

to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

– any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

No refund will be honoured if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless product is faulty. Returns can only be honoured if the product(s) in returned intact.
